How do I change the date/time on my keypad?• Press (*) (6) and enter the 4-digit Master Code • 1 long beep indicates an error, press (#) and enter the Master Code again • After 4 short beeps, press (1) then 10 digits, 2 each for the hour, minute, month, day and year (HH:MM MM/DD/YY) - Use a 24-hour clock (e.g. 8:30 pm = 20:30 ) - Use 2 digits each to indicate the month and day (e.g. March 8 = 03 08) - Only enter the last 2 digits of any given year (e.g. 2024 = 24) - This example would be 2030030824 • When done press (#)

How To Add A Code On My DSC Alarm System?1. At the keypad, Press (*)(5) then the current Master Code. 2. To change the Master Code, press (4)(0) then enter the new four digit code 3. To change a User Code, press 01-94 then enter the new code. The system will beep, repeat with the next user if needed. 4. Once complete, press (#) (#) to exit 5. Wait for the green light then arm and disarm with each code to verify that every code entered works

How To Remove A Code On My Alarm System?1. Enter (*)(5) then the Master Code, the system will enter into the programming mode. 2. Press the two digit user slot number that you wish to delete (Ex 01-94), then press (*) and the system will beep. 3. Continue deleting additional user codes if necessary by entering the two digit user slot followed by the * key to delete as outlined above 4. Once complete, press # # 5. Once the green light is on try each of the four digit user codes that you deleted to verify that they are not operational.

How often do I have to replace smoke detectors?Smoke detectors expire after 10 years. We recommend to replace them 2 years earlier. Your smoke detectors should have an expiry sticker on the device. Filter the dust out once a year to make sure the device is working optimally.

How do I load the camera app onto a smart device?● Step 1: Download "Provision Cam2" from the app store or google play store. ○ App Store: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/provision-cam-2/id1137050413 ○ Play Store: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.provisiontwo.isr&hl=en_CA&gl=US&pli=1 ● Step 2: Open the app, press skip, "lets go" and skip again. ● Step 3: Top right corner press the two rectangle boxes to go to the "Server list" page. ● Step 4: Click the top right corner with the circle with 3 dots on it. ● Step 5: Click "Scan code to add" There are two options. Option 1: If this is the first device being added, continue to step 6. Option 2: If you have another device present with the camera access and want to share the access to the cameras, continue to step 8. Option 1: ● Step 6: Go to the recording box (NVR) and scan the QR code on the box. ● Step 7: With the new device scan the barcode and enter your password. Option 2: ● Step 8: Open "Provision Cam2" app with the phone that has the camera access. ● Step 9: Click the two boxes in the top right corner to go to the "Server list" page. ● Step 10: Click the QR code on the right side of the screen under the wifi signal. ● Step 11: With the new device scan the barcode and enter the password. Repeat steps 1 to 5 to add multiple devices.

How do I see my history of events on my camera?Go to the Provision Cam2 app on your smart device. Select the camera you want to see the history of. Then on the bottom there is a movie and play symbol (second from the right). Here you will be able to see recent events, take pictures or screen recordings of past events.

One or some of my cameras are not appearing on my phone?If you are unable to see your cameras, please unplug the Network Video Recorder (NVR). Wait 30 Seconds and plug it back in. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact Knightwatch Alarms at 416-398-7414.
